My great-grandmother was a WAC nurse who served during World War II. She spent the majority of that time in Europe. She chronicled her time during the war with detailed scrapbooks which our family treasures. Following the war, she tirelessly spent the many years of her life serving all who knew her. She was always a source of inspiration.
